How Do You Plan Your Week?
How do you plan out your week?
I like to take a little time on Sunday and write down what I want and need to accomplish during the following week and make sure those actions are in alignment with my bigger goals.
When I do this, it makes a big difference in my productivity and focus.
When you plan your week, what are the tasks you have on your list?
Are they the things that will help you succeed on living your dreams? Or are there things on your list that are filling your time, but not bringing you closer to your goals?
If you have a bunch of stuff on your list that is not directly related to your goals, you may want to look at those items.
Do you have time to do these things, or will they take time away from you stepping into your highest version of you?
If these things are not helping you achieve your goals, are not helping you step into your highest version of you, and you really don’t have time to do them and do the things you WANT to do, why are they on your list?
Are they there because you feel you should? Feel it’s the responsible thing to do? Don’t know how to say “No”?
Do you feel frustrated, burned out and feel like you don’t have time for you?
